Surveyed, 8.238 Acre part open, part wooded, Building Lot with a 12 x 24 insulated, heated/cooled garage, drilled well, driveway, seasonal stream, electric, and a septic plan drafted by Infinite Engineering Solutions, PC, ( Septic has not been installed- buyer would need to apply for a building permit before the County will even look at the plans for the septic.) Certificate of Occupancy for the shed is in my office. People keep asking if there has been a perk test. I have to believe that a perk test has been done, because an engineered septic system has been designed for this site for a 3 bedroom house.
